What is your main love language?

According to Gary Chapman

First introduced by marriage counselor Gary Chapman in his 1992 book The Five Love Languages: How to Express Heartfelt Commitment to Your Mate (published by Northfield Publishing), the framework posits that people express and experience romantic affection in five distinct ways: Words of Affirmation, Quality Time, Receiving Gifts, Acts of Service, and Physical Touch. According to Chapman, a person's "main love language" is the primary category through which they feel most emotionally fulfilled, valued, and understood in a relationship. Recognizing your own and your partner's primary language helps prevent miscommunication, allowing couples to meet each other's emotional needs effectively.
